First off, we are in need of a new blecher bench and tent. The back has broken down (after much rambunctious use by the boys) on the bench, and Dale Liptak has fixed and re-fixed this problem. There is now nowhere else he can put new rivets and it just needs to be replaced. Thanks for your effort Dale! I have found a bench (black with no back) on ebay and it is brand new. I have also found a tent that has a wind guard (a wall so to speak) and it is extremely nice. It is our team colors. Both of the items together would be about $240.00 with tax and shipping. $76.00 total for the bench and $165.00 total for the tent. I will bring pictures tonight of both of them. We would all need to chip in $18.00 each to cover the cost, and these things would remain with the team.

Next up is the dreaded uniforms. I will need anyone who still has issues with their uniforms or bags to e-mail me their problems.(No logo, size changes on socks, shirts, shorts, no number on shorts, no shorts at all, etc.) We need to get this fixed and I will drive to Bardstown if I have to. The  rep came to Carroll last week, for what was supposed to be his final time, and we still don't all have everything right with some players.

Finally, just a reminder, we are going to have practice (hopefully a scrimmage!) on Thursday at Carroll from 5:30-6:30 or 7:00. I have e-mailed the U11 coach to see if he would be interested in a scrimmage since my (and Sallys) previous efforts have not worked with other teams. On a side note, anyone planning to stripe tonight could do it then to avoid an extra trip, since training has been moved  to E-town High School.
