Beat the Heat Festival
August 10-11, 2019
Atletico Flames is pleased to invite your club and teams to apply to our one-two day, pre-season event. We want this weekend to truly be a pre-season tune up that benefits all involved.
Our event is aimed at all ages from U9 through to U15 teams, both boys and girls. We will be very diligent in making sure that the games consist of leveled play, with both Premier and Classic levels. This event will give coaches the opportunity to evaluate their team as the season starts. Our goal is to make the event a fun and competitive environment for all teams.
Each team can apply to get 2 or 3 "friendlies" over the weekend at the most beautiful complex in the state of Kentucky! We have bermuda and turf fields for backup for 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11.
We are also working on other activities to bring in for the weekend to make it more enjoyable for all. Look back for info on ways we may help with coach education, player challenges/competitions, give aways, fun vendors!! If you are interested in being a vendor, email email@example.com.
As tournament director, I take pride in trying to accommodate all scheduling needs/requests made by all coaches and teams. I will do my best to making everything work for all involved.

U9 (7v7 one ref) - $50 (2 games on same day)
U10 (7v7 three refs)- $200 (2 games), $225 (3 games)
U11/12 (9v9 three refs) - $225 (2 games), $250 (3 games)
U12-14 (11v11 three refs) - $250 (2 games), $275 (3 games)
We would like to offer a U12 9v9 and 11v11 division.
Clubs that send 4 or more teams will get a 10% discount for each teams’ entry. A club that sends 10 or more, reach out to us for a better discount!
**There will be a $5 parking charge for the weekend.

Apply online by following the steps below. Once you complete your registration, you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. When we reach our deadline for registrations, we will notify the accepted teams.
